£400.00

Pen and ink, and ink wash, 16.5cm x 22.5cm (30cm x 40cm in mount), unframed.

A gifted artist, designer and illustrator and school friend of Henry Moore. Compared to Moore, he only achieved minimal success during his lifetime. Despite only living to the age of forty five, he produced an astounding body of work, remarkable for it’s inventiveness and intuitive feeling for line and form. This work is clearly influenced by the cubist movement.
